A Scape building is a well-connected ecosystem where students can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Social Life
Scape buildings are designed to foster meaningful connections among students and with the surrounding neighbourhood.
A welcoming entrance lobby, vibrant amenities, and shared kitchens form the social heart of the building, supported by well-trained staff and a dedicated team who curate a rich calendar of events.
The buildings balance the desire for shared living with the necessity of private, personal space.
Wellbeing
Generous natural light in bedrooms and communal areas, carefully framed views, intuitive wayfinding, and safe circulation routes create an environment that supports comfort and ease.
Scape provides dedicated pastoral care through professionally trained staff who offer consistent, inperson support to students. Regular check-ins and an open-door approach helps Scape us strong, positive relationships, ensuring residents feel connected, supported, and part of a welcoming community.
Privacy and Focus
Accommodation is organized into smaller-scale communities on each floor, and in some cases across two levels, linked by a double-height communal kitchen.
Both studio units and cluster layouts offer a wide range of private, secure spaces designed for focus and restoration.
All units are en-suite, and designed to have good soundproofing and abundant natural light to maximise comfort.
